Amazingly kind, professional staff; and they saw me in very quickly! I’ve previously been told multiple times that I have bad veins, but Marlene was able to draw my blood without even a pinch - something that’s never happened to me before! They also reassured / validated me when I mentioned my previous experiences, which made me feel comfortable getting my blood drawn.

I was nervous about seeing my own blood so they offered to distract me, which was so kind - truly going beyond. They also described how I can access my results if I need documentation.

I and my wife visited Port City Blood Clinic in Saint John for the first time recently, and we had such a great experience. From the moment We walked in, Susan at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming—she made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. Marlean, who did our blood draw, was just as lovely. She was gentle, professional, and made us feel totally at ease.

For a first-time visit, We couldn’t have asked for better. The clinic was clean, organized, and We were in and out quickly. It’s clear the staff here really care about what they do.

Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and the place was very clean and comfortable. The bloodwork was quick and painless. This is Saint John’s first walk-in blood clinic. Highly recommend!
